Beachside + Nice Roommates W/Amazing Amenities!!

We have a large master bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom available now for rent in lovely & safe Marina del Rey near Venice Beach! $1695 for one person on a one-year lease. Sorry, no pets. The design is quite nice for roommates in a spacious apartment that is 1500 sq ft to share with two respectful (non-couple) roommates.

Amenities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, basketball and tennis courts, gym, sauna, and beautiful clubhouse w/pool tables. This is all right at the Marina where you can watch the sunset and launch your paddleboard, sail, or go kayaking. The beach is right around the corner for a swim or surf along with a coastal bike path that takes you up to Manhattan Beach or down toward Malibu.

A bit about myself I am a female professional from Hawaii who pivoted back to school for XR tech, Creative content creator, (web3/metaverse, etc). I live a healthy, active, athletic lifestyle, and keep a positive attitude. Also, I am considerate of your space /privacy. There is also an awesome male Psychology grad student in the converted den who is a very clean and organized type. He in his final year as a non-traditional student at UCLA too.

Seeking a respectful male or female roommate who cleans up after themselves. Someone who is not a night owl. Overnight guests are definitely welcome within reason. :)

Sorry, no pets. The bedroom is for 1 person only. Non-smokers/No heavy drinkers. The management will do a credit check for $45 and have you fill out an application. Good credit or average is fine. They will also look to see if you have a sufficient salary, and/or liquidity. A co-signer is fine. $1695 1st month + $1695 Deposit for move-in for one person.
