This is a private bed room with a private bath in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with in unit washer and dryer, large room and bathroom on one side of the unit with a kitchen and living room in the middle so lots of privacy. Has good amenities such as a full gym, pool, 2 hot tubs, grills and fire pits. It also is a secure building with a secure underground parking garage. Internet and tv are included in the rent, utilities also. The entire apartment gets deep cleaned once a month. I have dogs that live here with me, they are very well behaved and kept out of the way. The apartment is right in the marina and is walking distance from the beach. And has a rooftop view of the ocean. Great place to entertain but does have a strict no loud noise after 10pm policy to accommodate for working tenants.
