Room available immediately in Marina Del Rey!

Hello! I'm moving in with my boyfriend very soon and my room will be available for an October 1st move in or earlier if needed. I live in a modern, amenity building with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 gyms, work space, game room, mail room, parking garage etc! The building is perfectly located near a grocery store, shops, and only a 10 minute walk to the marina. The bedroom is not furnished but living room/ kitchen is. You will have your own bathroom directly next to the bedroom. You will also have in unit laundry!! Parking is available in the parking garage for $30 a month. (price advertised is with parking)

Your roommate will be a 33 year old professional male. He is clean and respectful and super outgoing. He loves to cook, hike, play video games, horseback ride, exercise and a whole lot more. Male or female welcome!
