The amenities include: fitness center, multiple pools and hot tubs, sauna, tennis courts, library, game room, laundry, waterfront decks, barbecue grills, observation tower, cafe. It's located on the marina and steps from the beach. The apartment features granite countertops, dishwasher, and a gas fireplace.

This awesome luxury complex is centrally located near shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, recreational areas, and more.

Roommate: A female professional in my 30s, involved in multiple projects ( include: film, tech, design, healthcare, social media). I have many hobbies which would be cool if you wanted to share in them (include: tennis, volleyball, dancing, snowboarding etc.) and always interested in new ones :) The apartment setup allows for absolute privacy and may feel like you rarely see each other, if you need to focus on your own things. I'm pretty easy with what I want from a roommate: be kind and respectful, pay rent on time, keep it clean, be an adult and know how to take care of yourself, and keep quiet hours at night.
