My current roomate will be moving out end of July so I’m looking for someone to fill in her spot Aug 1st and sign a year lease. I’ve lived here for several years now and considering we’ve been grandfathered into the price I truly don’t wanna give up such a beautiful spot. This is a luxury building located one of the basins in Marina. Has all the amenities (pool, jacuzzi, bbq, gym) most importantly we have a washer dryer in unit. We split the rent halfsies. The total rent is about $4300 with utilities (utilities fluctuate depending on usage).
