Hey there. A bedroom will be available from March 29 in our apartment located on the corner of S Robertson Blvd and Cadillac Ave.

Size is about 160 sq ft, and has a big double mirror dressing. We like to keep the apartment nice and clean.

Lease is month to month.
Rent is $1,200
Utilities are about $60/person
A private parking spot is available for an extra $50 a month

We are very respectful of private spaces.
We expect our new roommate (male or female) to be ok with having friends over from time to time.
