Professional seeks roomate, own private bm & bath!

Hi! I am here for work and looking to find an easy going professional to rent out the second bedroom of the apt (2 bm 2 bath). A little about me: 46, male, in the tech field, easy going, have an awesome dog as well. I travel a lot and looking for someone who is down to earth and respectful. Open to a couple for an additional 200 a month. Rent is 1400 which includes all utilities. The only addition would be if you want a reserved parking spot in garage which and be between 35 -60 depending a month. Let me know if you have any questions.
