Luxury Studio Share, New Apt, Pool Entertainment

Beautiful studio in new luxury building. I am a New Yorker and recent graduate from a major New York college. My internship at a big time talent agent ended and I am looking for a roommate to cut my expenses. Apartment is fully furnished. Would need to add a second bed in the sleeping alcove or in the living room. Building has pool and large community room and roof deck. I am easy going and fairly clean. Your share of the rent would be $975 plus 1/2 of utilities and internet. Underground parking is available at small additional charge. Apartment has one beautiful modern bath.
