I have a room open at a nice house in mid Wilshire area of LA. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and It's got a hot tub/pool.
A little about the house:
it's a 2 bedroom guest house on a property with a larger house, and a pool/hot tub in between that we share. The available room is semi-detached from the house on the private patio area, so it's really great because its like having your own outdoor space 🙂 It's $1500 total including utilities and has a washer/dryer too.
About the room mates:
We have mixed ages and sexual orientations, so we hope to find someone LGBT friendly. Everyone here is super nice,, and the property manager is amazing. Ages on the property range from 23 to 46.
This home is very dog friendly and also has a hypoallergenic puppy living in the other bedroom.
