I am seeking a tenant for a private room in my beautiful home in Miracle Mile area, in Los Angeles. It's walking distance to LACMA, The Grove, Little Ethiopia. There are coffee shops, restaurants and grocery store all within walking distance.

My home is a duplex, three bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom apartment, that also has an outdoor patio and a beautiful balcony. I am renting out a spacious private bedroom, with high ceilings and two large closets. The room is furnished with a bed, nightstands, credenza, TV and a table. The bathrooms are shared. The whole downstairs area is shared: living room, kitchen, dining room and patio. The house is fully equipped with appliances (refrigerator, stove fans), utensils, furniture, wifi, etc. There is only street parking available. $1500/month +utilities.
