Lovely master bedroom at a great location

Hello,

I’m looking for a female to sublet my bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in MidCity. The apartment has an open floor plan with lots of light throughout. There is also a side yard with seating, fire pit, grill, garden and weights for working out. Room comes with use of private bathroom but not en-suite. Plus a cleaner comes once a week. There are currently two lovely roommates in the residence.

Looking for someone friendly, sociable and responsible.

Room is available April 15 - September.

There is some flexibility on move in and move out date.
