Newly Renovated 1200sq ft Apartment

Hi all,

My name is Danny Manfredi.

I am currently looking for a roommate to fill the master bedroom of a 2 Bed 2 Bath 1200sq ft apartment. The room comes with a private bathroom, 2 walk-in closets, one sliding closet, and a 400sq ft balcony. Rent would be 1350 plus utilities. The apartment is located near the intersection of Wilshire and La Cienega, a block away from Beverly Hills. Amenities include two parking spots in a garage, a fireplace, central heating and air, washer/dryer on every floor (only 5/6 per floor), and the building manager is super laid-back and easy to work with.

NOTE:

I currently am not a resident in the apartment. I have gone through the application process & am approved to move in, but I just need a roommate to fill the master bedroom. I have been told by the landlord I am first in line for the apartment, so once you are approved for the master, it will be ours.
