I'm looking for a roommate to move into my beautiful 2bd/2ba 1940s apartment in Mid City (90036) in August.
The apartment is a wonderfully maintained and updated 1940s style two bedroom on the second/top floor of a small complex. Key info below!

2 bedrooms - your room will easily fit a queen and has a large closet
2 bath - you will have the larger bathroom with a full tub!
Central AC & Heat
Laundry is shared, paid with an app (no coins!) and right outside the back staircase.
1 car garage (can fit a Subaru Outback) with storage!
Street parking is available and permitted after 6pm
Two large hall closets offer lots of additional storage

New flooring in kitchen, hardwood floors in the main areas and carpeted bedrooms

The complex is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly (and queer!).
