Super Central Apartment - Grove/Mid-Wilshire Area!

Hi everyone! I'm currently looking for 1 female/femme roommate to move into my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the La Brea/Grove/Mid-Wilshire area! You would get the entire bedroom and bathroom in a super central and safe area of LA! I’m looking for someone to move in mid-January! Also if you have a cat, our building is pet friendly!! We get two parking spots which are tandem, so if you have an extra car key, it shouldn't be an issue at all. We also have a ton of street parking available for any guests.

My currently roommate is moving back home, so you would be taking over her spot on the lease! Your rent would be $1460 plus utilities and a $350 security deposit.

A little bit about me: I’m in my mid-20s and I work from home in healthcare project management. I love watching TV (I'm a sucker for reality TV) and I love exploring the city and finding new places to eat! My family lives in San Diego, so I'm occasionally down there to visit and end up working remotely there a few days out of each month! I love brunches, hiking around the fancy houses in the hills, PCH drives, wine nights, and I've been actively looking into filling my free time with new creative hobbies :)
