Furnished Room and Private Bath for sublet

Hello! I am moving out of state and am in need of a sublet to take over my fantastic room with private bath in a 3-floor apartment unit. 2 great roommates, one of which works from home. Comes furnished with queen bed, desk, bookshelf, and lots of closet space. Washer/dryer in unit. Rent and share of electric bill comes to around $1200/month. No assigned parking, but in a residential area with ample street parking. Available starting March 1, 2023 and I would prefer a minimum of 2 months commitment.
