This is more of an apartment share than a room rental. You will have your own private room with a walk in closet and plenty of storage space. There is a full kitchen with all amenities, washer and dryer in the apartment available for use when needed, full sized living room, wifi, internet and a parking pass available. TV in living room with Playstation 4 and DVD player. Netflix and prime available. gym equipment in the garage stocked enough to get a variety of full body workouts and 2 bobs if you happen to box.
