Roommate Needed for Beautiful Apartment

My name is Locke. I am an aggressively normal 35 year old Male. I am sober, so I don't party, rarely have people over, and am generally pretty quiet. I currently work in Entertainment.

Seeking a roommate of any gender, preferably between 25 and 45, for my beautiful two bedroom at the historic Park LA Brea community. Looking for someone who is also quiet. Alcohol is fine, I just don't want someone smoking weed in the apartment.

8th floor apartment, plenty of natural light, great views, in unit washer / dryer, dishwasher, central AC / Heat, hardwood floors, gas range. The living room is fully furnished, though I am open to additions.

The room itself is unfurnished. There are parking spots available, though they cost extra.

Park LA Brea is a cool place to live, they have free movies, food truck nights, an Olympic pool and satisfactory weight room.

The photos attached are of the room (roommate hasn't moved out yet so their stuff is still in there), your private bathroom, and the living room and kitchen.

Rent would be 1400 a month, non negotiable.
