Large living room set up as stage/studio for art and recording with lovely, sunny back yard and patio. Although the unit is on the ground floor with one small apartment above, it feels like a townhouse. Plenty of parking on the street every day of the week. Looking for one or two people to rent the place as an art studio or bedroom rental. Asking for 1st and last month as deposit. Conscious, responsible and relaxed vibe. Plant, nature and animal lover but no pets allowed.
