Looking for normal-ish roommate for an awesome apt

I am looking for a great roommate to join me in this awesome apartment. The living space is graciously large. the apartment is almost 1600 square feet. It features a huge kitchen, living space, pantry/bar, and a large balcony (sadly, there isn't direct sunlight for planting a garden). I work in fine dining so I am gone most evenings, so I would prefer somebody who works in the mornings. You would have your bedroom 12x14 feet and your connected bathroom. Parking on our street is never an issue (even in the evenings) and we live right next to an adorable park (safe and clean). Utilities including wifi would be included. As for a little about myself: I love to cook, snowboard, hike, make ceramics, and eat out way too often. If you think you'd be a good fit please apply!
