On the second level, there are two bedrooms and 1.5 baths (see pictures for a better idea). The tenants bathroom will have the large vanity, shower and toilet. The bedroom for rent gets morning sun and has a modest ocean view. It comes with one parking spot and has drive-up access for dropping of groceries/furniture/etc.
