Utilities Not Included but are very reasonable. Complex has laundry facilities, a pool, is centrally located to all local colleges, and is close to Alhambra, Pasadena, South Pasadena, and just 10 minutes to the 10, 710, 110, 134, and 210 freeways.

I'm respectful, financially responsible, chill, and work full-time M-F 6am-4pm. I like watching sports & movies, playing video games, and hanging out with my church friends. I don't drink or do drugs or hang around with people who do... no judgement, just not my thing. I do not throw wild parties or make a lot of noise that would disrupt others. I am looking for a roommate whom has similar values and behaviors.
