Empowering Students With Rooms

Looking for college students to help them achieve in school. Included are free washer and dryer which are located in laundry room inside home, street parking, private entrance to home. Students with GPA +3.00 will receive discount. Home includes stove, refrigerator, mini appliances (toaster, microwave, blender, and coffee maker), dishes, pots and pans, bedroom furnished. Community spaces include: living room, kitchen, eating area, bathroom, laundry room, and yard.

Couple prices are negotiable.
