Room 4 rent in house

Looking for a roommate. A 27yr old female & 27yr old male currently live here. The room won't be available until June 1st. Bedroom with sliding mirrors and big closet space. There are 2 windows in the bedroom. The room will be empty & unfurnished. The bathroom will be shared. You have access to the kitchen for light cooking only. No washer or dryer. I have 4 dogs so being dog friendly is a must but they don't bother anyone. Please no more pets. Must be okay with medicinal marijuana. No smoking in the house but outside is okay. Rent is month to month. No late payments will be tolerated. References may be required. 1st & last months rent is due the day you move in. Couples allowed with extra fee each month.
