Room for rent

Hi there! This is a medium sized room, preferably one person (female) because of its size. There is laundry on site and your own private garage. There is also a gyms and pools in the apartment complex but they?re currently closed due to Covid-19. WiFi, electricity and water utilities are not included but they?re usually all under $30 since we split them with two other female roommates. Female roommates are in there 20?s and 30?s. They all keep to themselves and are rarely home. You will be splitting a restroom with only one other roommate. Kitchen and fridge is shared. Message me if you?re interested in viewing it .
