We are a couple of young professionals in our late 20s. We have a spare room available in our beautiful 2br/2ba condo in Monterey Hills.

The room (approx. 12' x 18') is in its separate wing of the condo with its own access to the common patio. Can come furnished or unfurnished. There are two closets in the room; one with the availability of converting to a small private den/office. The bathroom is adjacent to the room with a vanity section and a full shower tub.

We are a friendly couple who loves to cook, listen to music, watch tv, and hang out at home. We both have full time jobs (the 8-5 type). I have a family hypoallergenic dog that will not be living with us, but will visit on occasion. We also have a small pet red eared slider turtle that doesn't disturb anyone -- he just swims around in his tank :)
