The room is spacious, around 160-180 square feet, plenty of natural illumination, LOTS of closet and storage room, wooden floors, and comes with its own spacious bathroom across the hall. It's located in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Monterrey Hills, close to South Pasadena, Alhambra, Eagle Rock, downtown, the 110, 10, 5, 2 and 710 freeways, many bars, restaurants, hiking trails, and most impressively, unrestricted and always available street parking. The building itself has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a small sauna. Utilities, except electricity, are included.

We are looking for a female roommate who doesn't mind a Yorkie, enjoys peace and privacy, doesn't have too many guests over, and possesses all the qualities of a good roommate. The minimum stay is 3 months. No furniture. Washer and dryer in unit, no pets, only available for 1 person.
