It's a gorgeous neighborhood on top of a hill, I absolutely love it here (which is why Im coming back lol). Beautiful views, lovely places to walk, and lots of easy street parking. We're also right next to a park with a little red library, AND a nice big park 4 min away, just at the bottom of the hill.

The condo unit is 2 BD + 2BR, you'd be sharing with my 44 y/o male cousin who is a manager at REI and is an outdoor first responder & climbing guide. For the most part, he's usually gone or in his room.

If you happen to be an artist -- let us know! Chad will happily leave his paint studio setup for you to use :)

No cigarette smoking in unit or on balcony -- only allowed on the street.

5 months min, 6 months max contract.
