Hello! I am currently looking for a replacement roommate to move in as soon as they are able. The apartment is a nice, clean quieter place in East LA. It comes with a furnished room and parking spot. Currently I am occupying the master bedroom with the private bathroom and paying slightly more in rent but if a private bathroom is important to you I would be open to switching to rooms to accommodate that.
