Room For Rent In Beautiful Area Near Glendale

Hello everyone! My current roommate is moving out, and I'm seeking a new one. Are you or someone you know seeking a new place? The move in date will be June 1st. First months rent plus the same amount for security deposit will also be due upon that date.

My place is near Glendale, and I have lived here for over 7 years. It is a great neighborhood, and great value for the area. This is one of the most quiet and peaceful towns in Los Angeles in my opinion. It has a great small town feel, and is centraly located to a lot of cities.

It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on ground level, and my place only shares one wall with my neighbor (only 6 units on the property). We each get our own parking spot in the driveway. The room available is the larger bedroom, and upon move in it will be empty and unfurnished. I have the living room fully furnished and set up. The kitchen is fully set up as well. Internet and wifi are already here of course.

A little about me. I am a 31 year old male with a full time job. When not working I enjoy hanging out, watching Netflix and Hulu, also really into music here. Also seeking new fun things to do at the moment.
