New Build Home - Seeking Roommate - Relocating

This single family house was just totally rebuilt in 2020. From the flooring to the roof, doors, windows, and HVAC everything is brand new. Unfortunately, I?ll be taking a work assignment that will have me in the Midwest on a full-time assignment for most of the year. However my partner and I would still like the option of possibly being able to fly back to the home once a month or so, and for this reason a roommate arrangement would be ideal.

The home is a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms.
There are two vacant rooms. The price for one room is $1,400. Couples are welcomed, however the price would be adjusted accordingly ($2,800 for two people), to cover utilities, internet, and rent since the third room would no longer be rented out so as not to over pack the house.

There is also a spacious backyard, complete with a sustainable garden and hot tub. Small pets may be considered.

The house will be completed and available for move in as of April 1, 2020.
