I have a large 4 bedroom house, there are 3 of us living here looking to rent out the 4th bedroom. The house is almost 3,800 sq feet so there is plenty of room to not be on top of each other. I'm a PA in emergency medicine and aesthetics. I have 2 dogs that are friendly. We all have pretty opposite schedules and when we are home we are doing our own thing but we will throw on a movie or grab dinner together if schedules permit :) the room is upstairs and shared a bathroom. No problem with parking
