Large, newly renovated bedroom with double closets, and great natural light from two windows, restroom located right outside the room (will be shared with one individual). Amenities include, WiFi, washer/dryer, access to full kitchen and a front porch area as well as a large backyard. This is a private residence on a quiet block located very close to Inglewood and Sofi Stadium/The Forum. About 20 minutes away from local LA hotspots like Downtown, South Gate, Hollywood and Marina Del Rey.
We are a married couple with a 23 year old kid and 2 fur babies (cat and dog) looking for a reliable and organized individual with stable employment and at least 1 year prior history of renting. Please note that the room being rented is in the front of the house very convenience next to living room, kitchen, and laundry. We are looking for ONE individual that works every day no couples.
