ABOUT YOUR ROOM
A sunny and spacious 168 sq. ft. Master bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet. Has a sliding glass door with direct acces to the backyard and deck.
All utilities (water, power, internet, gas, trash) are included in the rent.
Room comes fully furnished, but can be unfurnished (no price difference). Furnished room includes a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and two upright dressers. Alternatively, we could replace one of the dressers with a desk for work-from-homers. :) Your room will also come with an Alexa Echo. The bathroom includes a bidet and a Squatty Potty.
Blackout curtains and mini fridge can also be provided, if necessary.
ABOUT US
My husband and I are engineers who spend a lot of time at work. We enjoy our weekends being outdoors, hosting the occasional boardgame night with friends, and working on improving our home. We have two beautiful cats who are calm and get comfortable with people fairly quickly. We're clean, easy-going, and don't mind if you host social gatherings, as long as schedules and plans are communicated clearly. :)
THE COMMON SPACE
The living room, kitchen, and backyard are shared living spaces. You have your own shelf in the kitchen for any items you'd like to bring. Our washer, dryer, cookware, dishes, and utensils are for common use as well.
There are Ring cameras installed in front and out back for added security.

15 minutes to Downtown Los Angeles
