About the home: the home is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house in the hills. Very updated kitchen and appliances. The room becoming available is top floor room with a shared bathroom.
Looking for a quite and very clean professional. Preferably someone in there 30? s or a very mature person in their 20? s.
As for me, I’m a 35 yr male who works in bar industry. I have a dog, a black lab.
The other two tenants work in the service industry and are also in theirs 30’s.
Unfortunately we are not looking to add any pets to the household.
The rent is $1100.00 but that utilities included. Also in the living room large screen tv with Netflix and Hulu subscription.
Street parking is readily available.
