I'm renting out my cute, one bedroom apartment, it’s fully furnished. I’m including ALL bills which is $2200

It’s available starting June 16 - October 16

The apartment is light and sunny with a queen-sized bed. Bathroom has both shower and tub. I have an eclectic mix of modern furniture, plus shared laundry (covered outdoor space, only one other unit shares and the machines are free). Smart tv and all other basic amenities. There is a deck in the front of the apartment that sits nestled in a big tree. There’s also a small room between the living room and kitchen that I use as an office.

No parking spot included but there are ALWAYS street spaces available. I’d like to mention two things, I’m a painter and you’ll see evidence of that in the apt. A few splatters here and there ☺️ And we share a wall with another unit, it’s only a house and our unit on the property and the walls are not thin but if that bothers you, this may not be for you.

Also, like most units in LA, we still have our original bathroom. So the water pressure is good in the shower but not so great in the sink. And some of the enamel has been scrubbed off the tub, but it’s clean.

The area:
Located near York Blvd, Division St. and Eagle Rock with cute local restaurants, shops, cafes and bars close by….and a Farmer’s market every week.

It's super close to Glassell Park and pool and just a 2 minute walk to Elyria Canyon which offers a beautiful hike up to the top of Mount Washington. The neighborhood is quiet and you’ll see and hear a lot of wildlife here- owls, hawks, coyotes, parrots, hummingbirds etc. It’s a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles.

Transportation:
The area is really well connected, with the 2, 5 and 110 freeways close by

Rent:
The price is $2200 per month, ALL bills (gas, elec, water & wifi included). I'll also need $500 as a security deposit. I'm looking for self-sufficient, clean, reliable tenant, ONE person only. No pets.
