I have an amazing 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo and am looking to sublet my Guest bedroom for Rent and including housekeeping once a month. We plan on being there only 50% of the time.? I keep the the place impeccably clean.

The bedroom is available in a secure and gated building on a quiet tree lined street. Location is walking distance from Urth Cafe, Melrose Blvd. Beverly Center, Santa Monica Blvd., Sunset Blvd. Sunset Plaza, Cycle House, Alfred's Coffee, Soul Cycle, Cedar-Sinai, 24hr fitness/ Equinox, many bars, restaurants and clubs.

I am looking for a professional, with a secure job. Must be friendly, drama free, non-smoker, mature, clean, and responsible.
