**Please note that the unit is fully furnished but you are more than welcome to change the furniture in your bedroom ☺️

Rent is $4300 split between all 3 of us, so $1,433 each, with utilities included. Deposit is $500 split between all of us. Move in date is 5/31.

We are looking for someone that can do 6 months minimum.

There is a private driveway for parking, as well as ample street parking with a permit.

Athena is 26 and works in hospitality. She has a kitty who will be joining us 🐱. She’s from LA and is very sweet!

I am 29 and work in education finance. I work from home (it’s okay if you do too!) and I will be moving from Colorado.

No dogs, 1 more cat is fine. The pet deposit is $75 per pet and $25 a month. Owner will be responsible for their pet rent.
We are looking for a female roommate.

We do like to keep a clean home and aren’t ragers but the occasional hosting is okay. We just ask that you don’t constantly bring strangers home for safety reasons.
