Share a house with guy & two dogs

I am a simple, easy going guy looking for a similar personality to rent a room. I am quiet, very clean and orderly. I'm looking for someone who is also quiet, drama free and easy to get along with. I have two sweet dogs, a big back yard, washer, dryer. Kitchen. Access to entire house. All common areas must be keep clean. Respect, Relible and trustworthiness is a must. A Christian is preferred, but not required. I am a practicing Christian who watches Christian programming and attends church when my job allows me. I work a lot and out of the house most of the time. My schedule changes constantly. My home is very peaceful and a great place to unwind after long days of work or if you attend school. It's a great place to recover and refresh. Close to the just about everything: freeways, downtown, Hollywood studios. I'll post photos soon.
