Single male, clean and sober 14 years, age 58 renting a room
in 2 bedroom Valley Village apartment.

Terms are Month To Month $1000 per month plus $100 Utilities ($300 Deposit)

Total move in cost is $1400.00

The bedroom is Large with Large Closet and you get your own private bathroom.

(Currently is furnished)

Amenities include:
- Central Air Conditioning and Heat.
- Pet-Friendly (both dog and cat)

Close to 170 Freeway off of Oxnard and Laural Canyon.

I have a very social dog and cat. Both stay with me in
my bedroom where I spend 90% of my time.

I'm self-employed and full-time student.

My Peace and Quiet is very important to me as I'm a writer and study quite a bit.

If you are a partier who likes entertaining guest often
please Don't apply. I don't mind guest over every now and
then as long as it's quiet and respectful.

Must be employed with steady verifiable employment history.
