Apartment to share, Private room and bath

I"m a 20 year old student looking for a roommate to share a nice 2 bedroom apartment in a new complex with all the amenities (gym, pool, secure parking, etc.). Top floor apartment with private balcony. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The apartment is mostly furnished except for your bedroom. New couch, flat screen tv, etc. Air conditioned. Rent is about $1400.00 month including water and garbage. Gas and electric not included.
