1 bedroom available in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in NOHO. The bedroom that is available shares a bathroom. It also comes with a large walk in closet directly across from the room and a closet inside the room. The apartment also has AC and heating (for the odd occasion that its cold out). The apartment also features a large living room with connecting dining room. It also has a small balcony that looks out onto the street and small wet bar. We also have 100mbs internet perfect for gaming and there is also a direct line into the available room from the modem. Unfortunately one of the people that lives in the apartment is very allergic to cats so no cats. Dogs are cool but only if they are house trained and don't bark when you are gone.

The apartment is located on a very quiet street. With low traffic and lots of parking. A parking space is available in a locked garage but at an extra cost.
