Young professional seeking roommate

The apartment is a little over 1200 sq ft with 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. The room comes furnished with a bed and small desk. Living amenities include tv, couch, dining table, refrigerator full kitchen appliances and cookware. Utilities included. I am a young professional that works a lot I like to keep the place clean but not obnoxious about it. On my time off I usually keep to myself I enjoy a drink and some sports now and then but usually keep things mellow. Open to sharing furniture and appliances just ask to be used respectfully.
