North Hollywood room for rent in a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story approx. 1050 square foot condo. Gated building. Room is available now.

Rent is $900 due on the 1st of every month + $900 security deposit upon move in. Utilities+WiFi+parking are included but there’s no cable TV.

Female preferred. No couples. Must be covid conscience and safe! I work from home a lot so I need someone who's quiet. And I'm extremely clean so I'm looking for someone who's really clean as well. There's central AC/heater and a laundry room. Shared tandem parking in parking garage underneath the building. No guests or pets allowed (since I work from home and I’m allergic to most pets). No smoking of any kind. You can use the separate bathroom downstairs that comes with a shower. Room will come unfurnished and has recessed lighting. I have a desk, lamp and full size air mattress if needed.
