Room for rent near NOHO West!

Looking for someone to join me in my 2bd/1ba rent-controlled apartment in North Hollywood. 954 total square feet for the entire apartment. It is, by far and away, the best place I have ever lived in Los Angeles.

My roommate is moving out to move in with his girlfriend, which makes this YOUR opportunity.

On-site gated parking (shared tandem spot), on-site laundry, easy walking distance from the new NoHo West shopping complex and a Trader Joe's. The NoHo West complex includes several restaurants and will, post-pandemic, house a movie theater and a gym.

Lots of closet space! We have a "Harry Potter" under-the-stairs storage closet, coat closet, and your room has a walk-in closet! We have *2* patios, plenty of natural light.

The neighborhood is incredibly charming and fun to walk around. Ask me about the neighbor who's been building funny dioramas in his yard from Halloween skeletons.

I work from home and don't anticipate returning to the office. I'm also a stand-up comedian when comedy clubs are open. I'd prefer a female roommate, but I could be open to a male one depending on if I feel comfortable with them (would prefer a gay roommate in that regard - more of a safety thing, please understand).

I'm nerdy, funny, and a loyal friend who's looking for someone who doesn't want to just be strangers who live together; however, I definitely respect privacy and appreciate some quiet time to myself occasionally, as well.

I've had my first shot of the Moderna vaccine, with my second scheduled for April 19th.

I have 2 cats who are the sweetest and friendliest cats ever. They're my big babies, and they love everyone they meet.
