Room Available ASAP

I have a room and separate private bathroom available in a 2bd/2ba apartment in North Hollywood. You must be able to sign a lease with the property manager. Rent is 1250 plus utilities. I’m looking for a chill female roommate, a working professional that is MATURE, CLEAN, quiet, responsible, respectful and mindful. No kids, No pets or inside smokers of any kind. I am vaccinated and prefer a roommate that is still COVID considerate. My building is relatively new, built last year with tandem parking. I’m about 5 mins away from the arts district with easy access to the highways.

About me- I’m on the quieter side, a super clean working professional with no kids. I balance my work week in the office and remotely. I like to have fun, dress up for dinners and happy hours or just because. I am polite and friendly but also very comfortable in my own space. I am SUPER independent so no pressure to be best friends or joined at the hip. Just please be cordial and considerate :).
