Please read full ad before replying. Please have face photos available. We have central air conditioning and heating. Our 3rd roommate moved out and we need a replacement for him to move in ASAP. Looking for an open minded, responsible, easy going, drug free and drama free kind of person. Zero tolerance for drugs. I am a 37 yr male 1/2 black and 1/2 mexican and I’m gay. The other roomate is mid 40’s white male and he’s straight. All are welcome to apply. We do not have pets. There is a $1000 deposit required (one month’s rent) prior to moving in. Plenty of street parking so parking is never an issue. The monthly rent will be $1000 a month and we split utilities evenly amongst us roommates. If you have the slightest doubt of being able to pay rent or utilities on time please do not respond to this post. I'm available to show the room. We have wireless internet, and cable. We also have a washer and dryer in our house. We have 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. We have a housekeeper that comes once a month. I ask that you please pay rent on time and help do your part to keep the household clean and drama free. Very close to the freeway(170), two blocks away from shopping and restaurants. If you are interested in seeing the house please email me. I am willing to do a 3 month lease first and after 90 days we can discuss about signing a new lease for 6 months or a year. If I show you the house and the room and you are interested in it I am willing to put it on hold for you when you put down the deposit money and sign the lease. Cable/internet is approximately $61 per person each month, Gas $7 per person each month, LADWP approximately $75 each person every other month. Thanks.
