Private Room/Bathroom For Rent In North Hollywood

I have a spare room in my apartment that I'm looking to fill! The room is private and also has its own private bathroom that is just down the hallway. The living room and kitchen are mostly furnished but can definitely fit a few additional things you might like to bring. The room and bathroom are unfurnished. Your room also has a balcony.

There is a third bedroom in the apartment that my previous roommate and I used as a shared office/workout space. There is tandem parking in a gated garage. Utilities are not included and range from $60-$150/month.

I usually work long hours and see the apartment as a quiet space to unwind. Occasional guests are fine but I'd like someone who enjoys socializing mostly outside of the house.
