Looking For Someone To Cover My End of Lease

Looking for someone to cover my end of the lease. There are 10 months left on it.

I live in a luxury building in North Hollywood, CA.

The building comes equipped with a pool/jacuzzi, game room, rec room, pet spa, grilling area, fire pit, pet area, and movie room!

There are two elevators (one in the lobby and one in the parking garage).

You can only access the building with a key fab, so building is very secure!

I have a roommate (22F) who has a small dog.

Utilities are split between us.

You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is not huge, but I have a full size bed that fits perfectly with plenty of extra space.

This is a very new building, so it comes with new appliances.

Washer/dryer in unit. Central AC/Heat. Electric stove.

You would share the common areas amongst the two of you which are the living room, kitchen and balcony.

There is a parking garage onsite.

Small dogs are allowed!

No smoking/parties/couples pls

Looking for someone to move in the first week of November 2022.

There is no security deposit since I already paid for it. All you would need to pay the rent: $1,350 on November 1st (:
