Two rooms avail Feb 1st. Looking for roomies!

I'm looking for roomies to fill my two rooms (one bedroom w/ door and one upstairs loft room with no door, but attached bathroom). Both rooms will be vacant mid January/ Feb. One room will be simi furnished. I'm a very fun, kind, and respectful roomie and I'm looking for the same. My name would be on the lease, so I'm open to a short term renter. I have attached photos below. Most of the furniture you see is my roommates, so it will probably look way different if/when you move in. I live in North Hollywood, but very close to Burbank. The townhouse is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath property. Lots of closet space. Tandem parking in the garage. Doggie and Kitty friendly. Rent is approx. $1300 per month.
