Single Room in 3 bed apartment in Los Angeles

I am looking for someone to sublet a spare master bedroom in North Hollywood.
There are currently 2 roommates in the 3 bedroom apartment.
The master bedroom will come with a mattress and bed stand if wanted.
The living room is already furnished with a couch, dining table, tv stand, and tv.
There is an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, large kitchen and living room as well as a fitness center right next door.
There is 2 open parking spaces and neither roommate has a car.
The roommates do smoke in their respective rooms and are friendly with one another.
